The human resources department of ADG Trade Fairs, acting in the knowledge that the factor creating value and difference is human, not compromising from the principle of continuous development and investing in employees, will continue to orientate its human resources which have been generated within the frame of their strong policies, with projects managed in order to produce added value for the Turkish economy.

Hiring Process
Hiring process is carried out by the Human Resources Management through coordinating with relevant departments in accordance with the annual manpower planning.
By taking the desideratum into consideration for positions, candidates having general qualifications and matching with the relevant job description are invited for the first interview by the Human Resources Management. Within the frame of interview assessing process an interview which is structured on the competency basis is done for measuring the basic and managerial competencies. The second interviews of appropriate candidates with Department Managers for measuring technical and business knowledge are planned by the Human Resources Department.
Candidates are subjected to a verbal and written interview for positions which require competency in foreign language.
If it’s deemed suitable, particularly for the positions of middle and top level manager, evaluation tools are used (case studies, presentation, personal analysis and etc) according to the requirements of the relevant position determined in the job descriptions (in accordance with the job description and profile).
For candidates who have been found as suitable at the end of all processes applied, the process of reference control is carried out and hiring process is completed through making job offer to appropriate candidates.
Training and Development
Our newly assigned employees are subjected to a training of orientation and software program during the beginning stage. Within the frame of annual training schedule, for the purpose of supporting our employees’ continuous development, every year we arrange trainings which will help to improve the following competencies;

c)Trainings for the Development of Managerial Skills
Performance Management
A performance management system which is based on the measurement of realization rate of planned targets and the evaluation of competencies, required for the realization of these targets, is applied.
